For those of you who didn't know, I am super cool. I am awesome. And I have a really big ego :D
Okay no really. I'm done practicum. In fact I'm done school, for as long as I want. Which right now, is looking like forever. Seven years and all I have to show for it is a Degree and Diploma. Most people after seven years get degrees and masters...but not me. Nope, I'm different, I like to do what other people are not doing, which is going down the education scale, not up.
Whatever, it's getting me a fun job, so I can't complain. I've applied for a few jobs, had one interview and two more sometime next week. Which is super great!
For the mean time, I'm still feeling strange not having homework to do, or programs to prep for, or papers to write, or self evaluations to pull out of my ass.
Our class went to a improv dinner theater last Saturday to celebrate. It was more fun to watch fellow classmates make asses out of themselves because of how drunk they were than to actually watch the show. The show was just one drawn out sex joke after another, and after the first 10 minutes the rest of the 2 hours felt long. Oh well, we didn't pay for my ticket, just G's so that's not too horrible.
But for now I've got to learn to sit back and relax. Any suggestions?

Almost there
I got booted from another "interesting links" list from friends. I guess that means I am not a very good blogger, people don't want to keep me around :D
Despite the fact that I am not a good blogger, it turns out I am a really awesome rec therapist. My practicum is over in just three short days, and I am still amazing!
I've already started applying for jobs, and have heard back from one of them to book an interview. I'm starting to feel all grown up! I'm actually applying and interviewing for a career. Not just some silly party time job, but an actual career that I will spend more than 5 years at :D
It is a strange concept to try and picture September not being associated with school, but I guess it had to happen at some point. And why not have that point be this year!
